Refunds

Downloads (PDFs and eBooks): if a file doesn’t open, is damaged, or isn’t what the description says, email us within 30 days and we’ll fix it or refund you in full.

Printed goods: these are made to order. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
