We’re a Thai–Canadian household in Ontario. One of us grew up cooking in Thailand; the other learned at that kitchen table.

This shop started with a simple problem: good Thai home cooking is hard to find explained clearly in Canada. So we write the guides ourselves, print our own kitchen goods, and recommend only the gear we use.
